An Easter Surprise from the Easter Bunny

The month began with a very special visit from the Easter Bunny, who arrived with plenty of chocolate eggs and Easter cheer, bringing huge smiles to residents and staff alike.

The visit created a joyful atmosphere throughout the home and marked the beginning of a wonderful Easter celebration.

    Live Music and Entertainment

Music filled the home this month as residents enjoyed a fantastic live performance from the talented singer Amanda. From singing along to tapping feet and dancing in their seats, it was a lively and uplifting afternoon enjoyed by all.

    Sweet Treats and Milkshake Fun

No celebration would be complete without delicious treats. Residents enjoyed chocolate eggs and traditional hot cross buns while also taking part in a fun-filled milkshake making session.

Welcoming Some Very Special New Arrivals

One of the biggest highlights of April was welcoming some very special new arrivals into the home. Residents had the wonderful opportunity to care for a set of eggs, which soon hatched into beautiful chicks.

Everyone loved watching them grow and helping to care for them over the following weeks. The chicks brought joy, laughter, and conversation to the home before being safely rehomed with a resident’s family member, where they will continue to be loved and cared for.
