A Warm Welcome from the Local Nursery
There’s been lots going on at Cross Way House, with music, special visitors, trips out and a fantastic summer celebration keeping everyone busy!
We had a wonderful morning welcoming some very special little visitors from the local nursery. Our residents thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the children, chatting, laughing and joining in with the morning’s activities.
These visits are always a highlight. It was lovely to see different generations coming together, sharing smiles and enjoying each other’s company.

Music, Singing & Smiles with Annie Jo
There was music in the air when the wonderful Annie Jo came along to entertain us!
Residents enjoyed a fantastic sing-along, joining in with familiar favourites and making the most of a fun-filled musical afternoon. There was plenty of singing, smiling and toe-tapping as everyone got into the spirit!
A Lovely Lunch Out at The Parchment Makers
A change of scenery was on the menu as some of our residents headed out to The Parchment Makers for a pub lunch.
It was a lovely opportunity to get out and about, enjoy a delicious meal and spend some relaxed time together. Good food, good conversation and great company made for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Celebrating Summer Together
Our Cross Way House Summer Party was certainly one to remember!
Residents, staff, families and friends came together for a fantastic celebration, with plenty of laughter, entertainment and summer fun.
The atmosphere was brilliant, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying themselves and making the most of the occasion.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special — great fun really was had by one and all!
