    Staying active and energised

Our popular armchair keep-fit sessions keep everyone moving while having fun. These sessions are a great way for residents to stay active, stretch, and enjoy light-hearted exercise together.

Residents also enjoyed energetic sessions with EverActive, full of movement, encouragement, and positivity.

    Music, singing and entertainment

Music has been at the heart of life at Cross Ways this month. Annie Jo delighted residents with a wonderful singing performance, filling the home with familiar tunes and opportunities for everyone to join in.

James Westerby continues to be a firm favourite among both residents and staff, bringing energy, music, and plenty of smiles with every visit.

We were also thrilled to welcome a new entertainer, David Pepper, who delivered a fantastic performance. Residents had a brilliant time, and we are already looking forward to his next visit.
